About

Sometimes my clients come to me
after going it alone and suffering unnecessarily for a very long time.

I work with clients who are struggling and feel:

Lonely  Irritable  Depressed  Anxious

What support will be the most helpful for you?
Let’s explore this together.

I can help with whatever support you need – in-person or phone private sessions, group therapy, or coaching. I also offer writing therapy workshops for clients interested in healing through the

process of journaling.

I invite you to schedule a Free 30 Minute Phone Consultation with me.

Portfolio

From this place of growing strength

and self-awareness, my clients move forward to fulfill long abandoned dreams and desires.

Working with Wendy enabled me to move through a major transition in my life with steadfast ease. Her deep listening, fully-engaged presence, thought-provoking inquisitiveness, and authentic heart was instrumental in enabling me to find my own courage to step boldly forward on my own path. And what totally sold me was the fact that not only was (is) she a therapist, but a cancer coach as well, which enabled her to "get" where I was coming from as a two-time breast cancer survivor charting my way forward post diagnosis. I would highly recommend her services to anyone!

Sometimes, reaching out and taking someone’s hand
is the
beginning of a journey.
At other times, it is allowing another to take yours.
